Päivän sydän means “heart of the day” in Finnish. In our Aamusta iltaan (“from morning to night”) series, it’s the piece that sits between the sun and the moon. The light keeps changing as the day goes on, but the people and thoughts that matter to you stay close the whole way through.
The heart is soft and slightly rounded, and it feels nice to hold. Don’t be surprised if you catch yourself playing with it without thinking.
Recycled sterling silver (925) on a 42 cm anchor chain with a clasp.
Each piece is finished by hand, so there are small differences between them, and that’s what makes every piece its own. The piece you receive may also look slightly different from the photo, for example in the surface details.
