Returns Policy
14-Day Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you can cancel all or part of your online order within 14 days of receiving your item. You do not need to give a reason. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the cancellation period starts when you receive the last item.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel within the 14-day period, use the Cancel contract feature in our online store or email a clear cancellation notice to bling@korujakoruja.com. You can also use the cancellation form. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Pack it securely and include your order number so we can match the return to your order.

Return Shipping Costs and Item Condition
When you exercise your right to cancel, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is faulty, arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
You can inspect and try on the item as you would in a shop. If you handle or use the item beyond what is needed to do so and this reduces its value, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Custom-Made and Personalised Items
The right to cancel does not apply to items made or altered to your personal specifications. Examples include individually engraved jewellery or rings made to your measurements in a size outside our standard range.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at bling@korujakoruja.com so we can arrange a solution. You can include photos of the item and any damage to the packaging.
Exchanges
If you would like a different standard size, for example, you can return the item under the cancellation terms above and place a new order.
Refunds
We will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof that you sent it back, whichever comes first.
If you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the original delivery charge up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. We will use your original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
